QUALITY GUARANTEE

1.During the warranty time, If the quality problems of the bit caused by material or process defects occur, after verification and approval by our company or a qualified third party inspection organization, the bit will be replaced ;But our company dont afford other loss caused by this.

2.If the user requests the replacement of the bit with quality problems, please submit to our company that for the used bit, the user should provide the original bit material (including nozzle and debris salvaged from the well) and all its usage data (including bit usage parameters, hydraulic parameters, mud performance, automatic recording card). Sheet, formation lithology, bit working time and abnormal phenomena occurring in the work) and the use of each bit before and after. 

3 .Because our company can't control the bits that have entered the circulation and use process, and can't predict the complexity of downhole work and the variability of drilling operation, we can't guarantee that the bits sold by our company can achieve any specific results or adaptability to specific targets, nor can we guarantee that the bits can be used under abnormal conditions. Comparability with normal service conditions, therefore, no liability is incurred for product defects and losses caused by the following actions: 

(1) Damage caused by improper handling and storage of users 

(2) Failure of the drill bit exceeds the warranty period (such as rubber, grease and other materials)

(3) After drilling for the first time, the drill is downloaded two times after repair (including inversion). 

(4) Serious deviations from the instruction manual for adaptation to formation, recommendation parameters, usage requirements and matters needing attention .

(5) Users arbitrarily change the structure of the bit and use non-standard bit parts (such as blocking water holes, welding long nozzles, etc.) 

(6) Incorrect selection or installation of drill nozzle. 

 

This warranty is only applicable to the first user who accepts the products delivered by Shenzhen Tank Drilling Technology and Equipment CO. LTD and its agents.
